Wine Review: The Gran Reserva Rose 2013 is a beautiful salmon hue that opens up with notes of red licorice, watermelon, ginger, and hints of nutmeg. The mouthfeel is round with the medium-sized bubbles coating every inch of your mouth. The finish is medium to long in length and is pleasant with red fruits intermingling well with the acidity. Winemaker Notes: Intense rose color, with bright blueish tones. Presents a good formation of carbonic and a beautiful crown in the surface. Aroma of red fruits, slightly mature, with a background of jelly bean and red licorice. In mouth is voluptuous, well-rounded, a bit sweet. Its vivid acidity makes it fresh and elegant at mouth. It has a strong typicality of red fruits, and a pleasant and lasting aftertaste. Enjoy as appetizer.
