Wine Review: This light red colored Pinot Noir from Oregon is very good. It opens with a light strawberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, soft and elegant. The flavor profile is a tasty mild strawberry with notes of red plum. I also detected some hints of Maraschino cherry. The finish is dry and it fades away nicely. I would pair this impressive Pinot Noir with pork tenderloin. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: The 2015 Zephirine convinces you immediately with its dark ruby color and abundant aromatics. Violets, fresh strawberries, cacao, cinnamon and a touch of vanilla essence emerge from of the glass. Zephirine has impressive complexity, defined structure and super length. I trust this wine can be enjoyed for at least 7-10 years, if not more.
