Wine Review: This slightly hazy and dark garnet colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Roy Estate is very impressive. It opens with a black cherry and rum raisin bread bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is very well-balanced, super smooth, and silky. The flavor profile is a blackberry and black cherry blend with notes of graphite and stewed black plum. We also detected hints of black tea and gentle oak. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and well-managed refined dusty tannins are nicely extended. We would pair this excellent Cab with a grilled porterhouse steak. Enjoy - Ken & Stuart

The finish builds with remarkable persistence, revealing Vienna roast coffee, cacao nib, and toasted walnut.
