Wine Review: This almost clear colored Riesling from S.A. Prum opens with green apple and petrol like bouquet. On the palate, it is pleasantly sweet. It displays lemon-lime flavors with notes of golden delicious apple and ginger. I also detected hints of peach mixed in as well. The finish remains enjoyably sweet and glides away nicely. This Riesling could serve as a nice aperitif or dessert wine. I would pair it with a macaroon cookie. Enjoy - Ken
