Wine Review: This almost clear to pale straw-colored Riesling opens with a green apple and white floral bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a gentle lime and green melon blend with notes of white peach. I also detected hints of saline and faint minerality. The finish is off-dry and drift away nicely. I would pair this food friendly and very versatile Riesling with grilled swordfish kabobs. Enjoy – Ken
