Wine Review: This almost clear colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a mild white grapefruit and ginger bouquet with hints of wet stone and green apple. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, clean, and very smooth for a Sauvignon Blanc. The flavor profile is a delicious mild stony minerality and gentle white grapefruit blend with notes of lime zest and ginger. We also detected some hints of saline. The finish is dry and pleasantly refreshing. The Panel would enjoy this versatile Sauvignon Blanc on its own or pair it with a raw bar. Enjoy – KWGTP
