Wine Review: This light yellow colored Riesling opens with a mild Bartlett pear like bouquet with a hint of pineapple. On the palate this wine is medium bodied, viscous and slightly crisp. The flavor profile is mineral infused light lime with a hint of green tea and saline. The finish is dry and lingers slightly. This wine would pair well with sliced honey ham with sliced pineapple.
