Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Pinot Noir opens with black cherry bouquet with hints of spice and red plum. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and easy to drink. The flavor profile is black plum with notes of mild minerality, oak and red raspberry. The finish is dry and its mild tannins are practically non-existent. This Pinot is very food friendly and would pair well with many foods. Roast beef and caramelized onion sliders came to mind first. Enjoy – Ken
