Wine Review: This pale straw colored Sauvignon Blanc from Santa Barbara opens with a pineapple and cantaloupe bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and balanced between its fruit and acidity. The flavor profile is pineapple with notes of green apple. I also detected hints of white pepper and grapefruit. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. I would pair this Sauvignon Blanc with baked haddock or sea bass. Enjoy - Ken
