Wine Review: This yellow colored value priced Chardonnay opens with a intriguing butter rum Life Saver like bouquet with a hint of lemon. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and fresh. The flavor profile is a pleasant mild tart lemon with hints of gentle oak and a touch of that previously noted butter rum. The finish is dry and its flavors linger for a little while after the wine is gone. This wine would pair well with pasta carbonara. Enjoy – Ken
