Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc from Sbragia opens with a fragrant yellow grapefruit bouquet with hints of gooseberry and lime. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, smooth and round with juicy acidity. The flavor profile is a slightly tart yellow grapefruit with notes of lemon-lime and nectarine. The finish is lingers and is refreshing. This Sauvignon Blanc can be quaffed with bacon wrapped scallops this fall while tailgating. Enjoy - Ken
