Wine Review: This pale straw colored Albarino from Scheid is very good. It opens with a mild wet stone and faint Honeydew melon bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced and juicy. The flavor profile is a tasty mild mineral infused gentle lime with notes of Granny Smith apple of lemon. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. I would pair this wine with pan-seared sea scallops. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Pure and vibrant, this 2017 vintage has lemon-lime aromas and crisp grapefruit flavors with a lovely note of minerality. Fermented and aged in stainless steel to preserve freshness and varietal character, this aromatic white is expressive with mouthwatering acidity and layers of fruit.
