Wine Review: This medium gold colored Riesling opens with a Bosc per and lemon tea bouquet with hints of grilled pineapple and honey. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, airy, clean, and fresh. The flavor profile is white tea, gentle honey, and lime blend with notes of Anjou pear and quince. We also picked up a touch of grapefruit. The finish is dry and quite refreshing. The Tasting Panel would pair this Riesling with grilled swordfish with a ginger-lime drizzle or shrimp pad Thai. Enjoy – KWGTP
