Wine Review: This affordable ruby colored Cab opens with a mild black cherry like bouquet with a hint of strawberry licorice. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, soft, and approachable. The flavor profile is a gentle blend of black cherry and red raspberry. The finish is dry and its substantial dusty tannins are extended and stick around for a while. This wine would be a good party option this fall. Pair it with beef appetizers. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Our Napa Valley Cabernet displays aromas of raspberry, cassis, and cigar box. Once in your mouth, the wines raspberry fruit flavors and the combination of oak and tannin nuances create a well balanced, rich and full bodied wine that draws you in for more.
