Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a new oak and Meyer lemon bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with nicely integrated acidity. The flavor profile is a tasty lemon and light oak blend with notes of faint pineapple and Honeydew melon. The finish is dry and its flavors and acidity show very nice length. I would pair this impressive Chardonnay with chicken tortellini with a light cream sauce. Enjoy - Ken
