Wine Review: This very dark opaque purple colored wine opens with a big and rich blackberry and blueberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and has a round mouthfeel. The flavor profile is a ripe blackberry and black currant blend with lots of black pepper mixed in. The finish is quite dry and its dusty tannins coat your mouth and linger for a while. Pair this full throttle Syrah with beef bourguignon. Enjoy - Ken
