Wine Review: This Chilean Sauvignon Blanc is a pale white gold color in the glass with lime, lychee and thyme in the bouquet. On the palate, it is refreshing, bright and clean, with a medium-minus body and medium-plus acidity. There are flavors of grapefruit and minerality with a bit of lime. The finish is mineral driven and lingers for a while. It would go nicely with sautéed tilapia with tropical fruit salsa. - Mark

Winemaker Notes: Pale yellow with green tones. Aromas of intense tropical fruits, herbs and notes of citrus. Clean, bright & balanced, with a pleasing acidity and soft persistent finish. Pair with seafood, fish and creamy pastas.
