Wine Review: This dark red colored Pinot Noir opens with a very fragrant bramble berry bouquet with hints of craisin. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and very flavorful. Those flavors are ripe black raspberry with notes of oak and graphite. I also detected juicy black plum and a touch of black tea. The finish is dry and its flavors are very nicely extended. This fruity Pinot would be ideal with your favorite duck dish. Enjoy - Ken
