Wine Review: The dark ruby colored Pinot Noir from Sojourn opens with a stewed plum and craisin bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and very savory. The flavor profile is a bit rustic, featuring graphite influenced black raspberry with notes of oak and black pepper. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins and flavors are nicely prolonged. I would pair this Pinot with a roasted beef tenderloin with savory seasonings. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: One of the best values in the Sojourn portfolio at $39. Our Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir is a polished blend from eight sites that offer robust flavors and exceptional texture. The 2017 vintage of this wine is impeccably balanced with multiple layers of dark cherry, nutmeg and earth, leading to a long finish.
