Wine Review: This clear and white gold colored Chardonnay from Sojourn opens with a pineapple and oak bouquet with hints of mango, honeycomb, and pear. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, bright, and delicate. The flavor profile is an oak influenced green apple with notes of lemon-line and white peach. We also detected hints of almond, saline, and melon. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity linger nicely. We would pair this very nice Chard with Coquilles Saint-Jacques or mahi-mahi fish tacos. Enjoy - KWGTP
