Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Pinot Noir from Sojourn opens with a black raspberry and oolong tea bouquet with hints of cola. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, and seamless. The flavor profile is black cherry and cola blend with notes of five spice, vanilla, and black plum. I also detected hints of cedar and tobacco. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and mild tannins drift away nicely. I would pair this Pinot Noir with grilled Norwegian salmon. Enjoy - Ken
