Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Riesling opens with a chamomile tea bouquet with a hint of lime. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced and barely sweet. The flavor profile is a mild mineral influenced white tea and light lime blend with hints of apricot pit and almond. The finish is off-dry and its flavors drift away nicely.
