Wine Review: This pale straw colored Riesling opens with a fragrant apricot, lychee and lime bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly brisk, and pleasantly sweet. The flavor profile is a very tasty mild lemon iced tea with hints of apricot and a touch of pineapple. The finish is pleasantly sweet and its flavors linger nicely. This Riesling is exceptionally good and will be a crowd pleaser. Serve it on its own or with Asian noodles. Enjoy - Ken
