Wine Review: This bright yellow colored Riesling from Mosel opens with a fragrant honey and pear bouquet with hints of apricot. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, a little effervescent, brisk and rather sweet. The flavor profile is a tasty lemon tea with notes of pineapple and apricot. The finish remains sweet and fades away nicely. This Riesling borders on a dessert wine. I would just sip it with sharp cheddar cheese and stone wheat crackers. Enjoy - Ken
