Wine Review: This deep yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a gentle Bartlett pear and brioche bouquet with hints green melon and toasted oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, creamy and bright. The flavor profile is gentle pear, chalky minerality, and oak blend with notes of lime pith. We also detected hints of baking spice and Nilla wafer towards the end. The finish is dry and drifts away nicely. The Tasting Panel would pair Chard with chicken francese or with linguini and clams. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: A truly classic and elegant nose, with yellow stone fruits, lemon chiffon and notes of flint and musk. On the palate this wine has a super silky texture with a plush mid-palate balanced with just enough acidity on the backend for a true "mouth-gasm." Notes of lemon curd, fresh baked croissant and a little white tea to round it all out. This lady is a stunner and in short, a subtle temptress. These 43-year-old vines are not messing around and are true cellar gems.
