Wine Review: This clear and pale straw colored Grillo from Sicily opens with a mild grapefruit and white pepper bouquet with hints of wet stone. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, bright, and zesty. The flavor profile is a lemon-lime and stony minerality blend with notes of saline and grapefruit pith. I also detected hints of white pepper and a touch of honeydew melon.
