Wine Review: If you like an approachable and a Chard that requires little effort to enjoy, look no further. This pale yellow colored offering from Oregon opens with an attractive mild peach bouquet with a hint of apricot. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, soft, and smooth. The flavor profile is a mild apple with hints of mineral, green melon, and lemon. The finish is dry and it drifts away nicely. Pair this Chard with grilled lemon chicken. Enjoy - Ken
