Wine Review: This pale coral colored wine opens with a sweet tart, strawberry and peach bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, round and juicy. The flavor profile is a gentle crushed stone and mild peach blend with notes of herbal tea. I also detected hints of watermelon and saline in background. The finish is dry and refreshing. This very easy to drink Rose should be served slightly chilled on a hot summer day with shrimp cocktail on ice. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Fresh cherry, blood orange, quenching, juicy, bright. Explosive and inundating aromas of the freshest red fruit mark the undeniable characteristics of this classic Bordeaux variety. Traditionally, Malbec as a red variety that has a fruitful core and a freshness is used to enhance the complexities of many Bordeaux style blends. In this case, it has been farmed on the estate specifically to produce a rosé. This rosé expresses all the sensory qualities that Malbec has to offer in a way that is unique and all encompassing.
