Wine Review: This midnight colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a black raspberry and mild moist pipe tobacco bouquet. with hints of black plum. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is round, smooth, well-balanced, and rather juicy. The flavor profile is a stone dust, black currant, and boysenberry blend with notes of oak. We also detected hints of vanilla and black cherry mixed in. The finish is dry, and its dusty tannins stick around for a very long time. The Panel would decant this Cab for a while ad them pair it with a porterhouse steak. Enjoy – KWGTP
