Wine Review: The 2015 "Crios" Cabernet Sauvignon is garnet in color and opens with a ripe plum bouquet that includes blackberries, green peppers and light black licorice. It is a full-bodied Cab that is bold and smooth on the palate. The flavor profile is blackberries, slightly tart cherries, herbs along with hints of milk chocolate. The finish is mouth coating, dusty, dry and fades away nicely. To fully enjoy this wine, I recommend letting this Argentina Cab sit opened for 30 minutes or so to let the tannins settle. I would pair this Cab with a rack of barbecue baby back ribs. – Joe
