Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Champagne from Taittinger displays plenty of medium sized streaming bubbles. It opens with a fruity green grape and sour bread dough bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied and acidic and a bit frothy. The flavor profile is a mineral influenced lemon with notes of ginger ale, green apple and a hint of lime. The finish is dry and its acidity and flavors are nicely prolonged. Enjoy - KWGTP
