Wine Review: This straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a very fragrant grapefruit and lime zest bouquet with hints of green apple peel and passion fruit. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, juicy, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a gooseberry and guava blend with notes of saline and lime. I also detected hints of grapefruit pith. The finish is dry and refreshing. I would pair this is Sauvignon Blanc with swordfish skewers. Enjoy – Ken
