Wine Review: This clear gold colored Albarino based wine from Terras Gauda opens with a Juicy fruit gum bouquet with hints of apricot and orange blossom. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is round, dense, and seamless. The flavor profile is green tea and lemon verbena blend with notes of nectarine and minerality. We also detected hints of apricot pit and tangerine. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity fade away nicely. We could sip this on its own this summer. With food, we would pair this Albarino blend with Emeril’s kicked up crab cakes.
