Wine Review: This golden yellow colored Chenin Blanc from South Africa opens with a fragrant quince bouquet with hints of pear, papaya, and honey. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with fresh medium acidity. The mouthfeel is very round and balanced. The flavor profile is a tasty quince and ginger blend with notes of minerality and bartlett pear. We also detected hints of honey and lemon. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely.
