Wine Review: This medium gold colored Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier blend from Tuscany opens with a gooseberry, passion fruit and honeysuckle bouquet with a hint of ginger. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is bright, mouthwatering, and viscous. The flavor profile is a crushed stone, ginger, and mango blend with notes of saline and honeydew melon. The finish is nicely prolonged. This wine is food friendly.
