Wine Review: This bright yellow colored Chardonnay from the Dutton Ranch opens with an attractive lemon bouquet with hints of pear. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and nicely coats your mouth. The flavor profile is a tasty pear with notes of faint oak. I also detected hints of minerality. The finish is dry and its flavors linger for a little while. This Chardonnay is very food friendly and versatile. I would pair it with chicken Florentine. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Aromas of stone fruit, citrus, melon, toasted nuts, and vanilla bean. On the palate, the wine is rich and creamy with bright acidity and a long finish.
