Wine Review: This white gold colored Pinot Gris from Oregon opens with a quince and honey bouquet with hints of pear and pineapple, On the palate, this wine is full bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is viscous, round and a little mouthwatering. The flavor profile is similar to the nose, featuring a honeyed pear and quince flavor with notes of chamomile tea and cantaloupe. I also detected hints of dried herbs and hint of peach in the aftertaste. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity linger for a while. I would pair this Pinot Gris with a honey-fried walleye. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Our 2022 Pinot Gris has beautiful aromas of stone fruit in the glass with a hint of struck flint. The palate continues in this medium-bodied wine with fresh pear, apple and stone fruit, which leads into a vibrant lingering acidity.
