Wine Review: This bright yellow colored Chardonnay from Three Sticks opens with a faint pear bouquet with hints of pineapple and caramel apple. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and round. The flavor profile is golden delicious apple and chalky minerality blend with notes of hazelnut and lemon zest. I also detected hints of butter cream and pineapple towards the end. The finish is dry and refreshing. The Panel suggested pairing this Chard with lemon trout almondine. Enjoy - KWGTP
