Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Chardonnay from Three Sticks was well-received by the Tasting Panel. It opens with a gentle pineapple and oak bouquet with hints of papaya. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, smooth and gentle. The flavor profile is a mild pear and mineral blend with notes of toasted oak. We also detected hints of pineapple and green apple. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely. The Panel suggested pairing this Chard with chicken piccata. Enjoy - KWGTP
