Wine Review: This pale ruby colored Pinot Noir from Three Stick and the Gap’s Crown Vineyard is Excellent! It opens with a black plum and gentle black raspberry bouquet with hints of cola, red cherry, and wet loam. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, plush, and polished. The flavor profile is a delicious blueberry and red cherry blend with notes of refined earthy minerality. We also detected hints of gentle oak and cola. The finish is dry and its well-managed tannins drift away nicely. The Tasting Panel would prefer this Pinot on its own. However, if you want to enjoy it with food, we would pair it with veal and mushroom marsala or with a smoked lamb shoulder. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: On the nose, you'll discover this wine's signature blackberry and boysenberry profile, intertwined with hints of graphite and ginger. Toasty and savory elements complement the dense core, making this another stunner of a year for Gap's Crown Pinot Noir.
