Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Chardonnay from Three Sticks opens with a poached red apple and white flower bouquet with hints of ripe honeydew melon, jasmine, and pineapple. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, pleasantly viscous, and fresh. The flavor profile is mild peach yogurt and banana blend with notes of pineapple and gentle lemon We also detected hints of oak, lychee, gentle chalky minerality, and toasted almond. The finish is dry, and its flavor linger and last for a while. The Tasting Panel would pair this Chard with baked halibut or butternut squash ravioli. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: This year's One Sky Chardonnay has a playful electricity to it, stemming from the rich volcanic soils of the vineyard. Light on its feet and your palate, you’ll taste Granny Smith apples and baked bread, combined with kaffir lime.
