Wine Review: This deep ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with black currant and red plum bouquet with a hint of cola. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is soft, gentle, smooth, and nicely balanced. The flavor profile is a crushed stone and black currant blend with notes of black tea and cherry licorice. I also detected hints of black plum, mild oak, and green olive. The finish is dry and its moderate, but managed tannins stick around for quite a while. I would pair this Cab with steak fajitas. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Coming from the Titus Ranch Estate Vineyard the 2019 Titus Napa Valley Cabernet displays the balance and concentration inherent in our home vineyard. The wines aromas are perfumed with notes of blackberry, cherry, blueberries, licorice, and freshly roasted coffee. The entry is smooth and generous with lots of fresh berry and mixed berry pie that rounds out with lush tannins. The moderate acid keeps the palate clean through the finish with pomegranate and earl grey tea lingering. Enjoy through 2034.
