Wine Review: This pitch-black colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Titus opens with a dark chocolate and Oreo cookie bouquet with hints of ground coffee and Ricola. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, very smooth, seamless, and concentrated. The flavor profile is an oak and boysenberry blend with notes of graphite and menthol. We also detected hints of black tea and mocha. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and fine-grained tannins build-up and are persistent. This wine would be a perfect fireplace sipper this winter. With food, we would pair this Cab with a rib roast or Stuart's beef wellington. Enjoy - KWGTP
