Wine Review: This translucent red colored Pinot Noir from Tolosa opens with a fragrant and appealing raspberry and cola bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and a little juicy. The flavor profile is a tasty cola and mild black raspberry blend with notes of red plum, red cherry and oak. I also detected hints of cinnamon as well. The finish is dry and its flavors sail away nicely. This Pinot Noir is very food friendly. It would pair nicely with pan-seared lamb lollipops (chops) with rosemary and garlic. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Ruby red colored. On the nose it features graham cracker, rose petals and nectarine aromas with a hint of soy sauce and nuances of terroir salinity and limestone. On the palate, this wine is seamless with notes of ruby red grapefruit, rosebud, red apple, limestone, smore on the finish with a touch of salinity.
