Wine Review: This light gold colored Chardonnay opens with an attractive tropical fruit bouquet that includes ripe pineapples, lemon, vanilla, light guava and a touch of buttery oak. The palate is medium bodied, smooth, juicy and slightly creamy. The flavor profile features lemon, peach and clementine along with butter notes and a touch of oak. I enjoyed the bright balanced acidity and minerality mixed in. The finish is juicy with hints of coconut that pleasantly fades away. I would pair this Chard with sauteed sweet and sour chicken. – Joe

Winemaker Notes: This medium-bodied Chardonnay displays our signature rich toasted notes of caramel on the nose and through the pallet. Hints of orange blossom and honey balance bright acidity with a crisp green apple characteristic. The chalky-minerality finish lingers with a touch of mandarin creating a wine that is powerful and refined.
