Wine Review: This dark purple colored Petite Sirah from Tres Sabores is very good. It opens with a coconut, black cherry and blackberry bouquet with hints of dark chocolate, boysenberry and Oreo cookie. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied and savory. The flavor profile is a tasty oak influenced espresso and black currant with hints of black plum, blueberry and black pepper. The finish is dry and is moderate grippy tannins stick around for quite a while. The Panel suggested pairing this wine with braised short ribs or butterflied leg of lamb with garlic. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Abundant Marion berry, cedar, and roasty-chocolate notes infuse this wine from start to finish. It’s our most rambunctious wine! Perfect with BBQ or roast lamb with mole.
