Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc from Tres Sabores opens with a yellow grapefruit and nectarine pit bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, round and nicely balanced. The flavor profile is a crushed stone and slightly tart yellow grapefruit blend with notes of quinine, lime and saline. The finish is dry and pleasantly refreshing. This Sauvignon Blanc paired very nicely with my chicken piccata served over sautéed potato gnocchi. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: It's an aromatic walk through a farmers' market with white nectarines and heirloom cider apples. Honeysuckle, and a bit of citrus zest on the nose. The flavors are enticing as well: balanced and supple yet lively. A wine to enjoy with all seasonings in all seasons!
