Wine Review: Theresa and I were enjoying a glass of this Chardonnay outside at the Boston Harbor Hotel. It is light yellow colored and opens with a mild apple like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is pear and green apple with a drop of vanilla. The finish is dry and very enjoyable. This wine went very well with Theresa’s Caesar salad. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: The Virgin Chardonnay displays ripe, rich Chardonnay fruit with stone fruit characters reminiscent of peach and lychee. There is an underlying richness of yeast lees contact supported by the subtle complexity of the Malolactic ferment component. The finish is soft with a hint of fruit sweetness and balanced with an approachable acid level to leave a long, savoury, flavour some finish.
