Wine Review: This straw-colored dry-styled Riesling from Trimbach opens with a bee's wax and green tea bouquet with a hint of vanilla. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, very nicely balanced, round and smooth. The flavor profile is a very tasty mineral infused lime with notes of light ginger and comice pear. I also detected a hint of vanilla and touch of nectarine pit towards the end. The finish is dry and refined. This Riesling is super food friendly and would pair well with a baked haddock with a lemon cream sauce. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Elegant, dry and precise. Pairs best with shell-fish, seafood, pork, poultry, veal and pastas.
