Wine Review: This bright straw-colored Riesling opens with a lime and beeswax bouquet with hints of green apple, honeysuckle, and Vaseline. On the palate, this wine is light-plus bodied with medium-plus acidity. It is also delicate and round, yet mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a tasty lemon-lime and green apple blend with notes of white pepper. We also detected hints of pink grapefruit, nectarine, saline and fine stony minerality mixed in. The finish is dry, extended and pleasantly refreshing. This impressive Riesling would pair very nicely with cracked crab legs with clarified butter or grilled swordfish kabobs. Enjoy- Ken and Mark
